
侯明才,男,汉族,1968年10月出生,四川省南部县人,教授,博士生导师。享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、四川省学术技术带头人、四川省有突出贡献优秀专家、天府万人计划创新领军人才;担任深时地理环境重建与应用自然资源部重点实验室主任、深时数字地球(DDE)国际大科学计划古地理工作组组长;兼任中国地质学会沉积地质专业委员会副主任委员、中国石油学会天然气专业委员会委员、四川省地质学会副理事长、Ore and Energy Resource Geology 期刊编辑,《地质论评》、《天然气工业》、《沉积学报》等期刊编委,《沉积与特提斯地质》副主编。
1988年9月至1992年7月在东华理工大学(原华东地质学院)铀矿地质勘查专业本科学习,1992年7月至1997年9月在核工业西北地质局217大队工作,1997年9月至2003年7月在成都理工大学沉积地质学专业学习,获硕士、博士学位。2003年7月起,在成都理工大学任教,先后任成都理工大学地球科学学院院长助理、沉积地质研究院院长助理、沉积地质研究院副院长、沉积地质研究院院长、研究生院院长;期间,于2003年5月至2005年12月在成都理工大学地质资源与地质工程博士后流动站工作,2009年1月至2009年6月在瑞士洛桑大学地质古生物研究所担任访问学者、邀请教授。2020年11月起,任成都理工大学党委常委、副校长。
主要从事深时沉积学和古地理重建及深层超深层油气勘探相关的研究与教学工作。主持国家自然基金重点项目、面上项目、基础科学中心项目合作研究项目、指南引导类原创探索项目、深地国家科技重大专项项目、油气国家科技重大专项任务、高等学校学科创新引智计划(111计划)、国家973课题、国家地质调查项目以及企业合作项目近百项;相关研究成果发表在Nature Communications、Geology、Earth-Science Reviews、Geophysical Research Letters、GSA Bulletin、Precambrian Research、Gondwana Research、Lithos和Global and Planetary Change等期刊上,共300余篇,其中被SCI收录120余篇,出版教材与专著5部。获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、四川省科技进步奖一等奖1项、国土资源科学技术奖二等奖1项、优秀地图作品裴秀奖金奖1项;在渤海伸展-走滑复合断裂带深部油气勘探方面的创新认识推动了渤海深部原油勘探重大战略突破,支撑成都理工大学参与获得2023年国家科技进步奖二等奖“渤海伸展-走滑复合断裂带深部油气勘探理论技术创新与重大发现”;在渤海深层潜山储层与成藏方面的创新认识推动了渤中19-6大气田的发现,支撑成都理工大学参与获得2019年国家科技进步奖一等奖“渤海湾盆地深层大型整装凝析气田勘探理论技术与重大发现”。
